Junior Account Manager - eCommerce

Overview:
eCommerce is a Number 1 strategic pillar of SC Johnson’s growth strategy, and this is a great opportunity to join the team in a newly created and incremental role.
About the role
As a key member of the UK Sales team, your main responsibility will be the Ocado Account Manager in developing strategies, identifying business opportunities, and helping deliver the customer P&L within company guidelines. In addition, you will manage and execute Ocado-specific commercial & media plans, all while adhering to the brand's marketing objectives.
Furthermore, as part of your role, you will have additional responsibilities for Amazon Fresh. This includes overseeing the UK Amazon Fresh business and collaborating with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Ocado Account Manager (85% of the role)
* Full Account Management for the SC Johnson portfolio across Ocado
* Ownership of overall customer KPI delivery (Revenue, Profit, Shares)
* Ownership of Ocado Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiation, preparation and ongoing adjustments where needed
* Ownership of all retailer administration for the Ocado Account, driving a ‘right-first-time’ and heightened attention to detail mentality
* Define a strong conversion strategy for SC Johnson across all brands, and ensure flawless execution of Ocado media plans, including delivery on time in full, and improving creatives
* Work with eCommerce + Marketing to roll out SC Johnson’s digital shelf ambition through best-in-class content and creative updates and SEO optimisation
* Work with existing suppliers to improve Digital Shelf effectiveness (Profitero, Brandbank etc)
Amazon Fresh (15% of the role)
* Supporting the Amazon Associate Manager as well as ownership of Amazon Fresh
* Monitoring and managing performance of SC Johnson’s business in Amazon Fresh, including online media and promotions
* Ownership of Amazon Fresh AVN negotiation, preparation and ongoing adjustments where needed
* Explore ranging & promotional opportunities for Amazon Fresh
* Building strong working relationships with Amazon Fresh's key stakeholders
Experience you’ll bring:
* Solid account management experience within Grocery / FMCG. eCommerce experience would be an advantage.
* You have built winning sales plans, as well as negotiated and executed annual business plans
* Strong presentation skills (group and individual situations).
* An ability to think strategically and negotiate with buyers
* Challenging positively both internally and externally
* Excellent communication in group and individual situations
