About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced leader to join the Academy Leadership Team, working to set the strategic direction of the school. The successful candidate will:
* Lead on pastoral care, behaviour, and student standards across the academy.
* Inspire and motivate students and staff to achieve the highest expectations.
* Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to drive continuous school improvement.
* Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.
