We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support existing client recruitment.

Salary:
£22,000 – £28,000 Dependent upon experience + Bonus scheme
Job Type:
Full time – Permanent (possibility to accommodate a 4-day week)
What you’ll need:
* Experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within a commercial setting.
* Experience of utilising Job Board search engines to attract talent.
* Experience of telephone screening candidates, objection handling, and discussing all avenues of the opportunity on offer.
* Experience of managing the recruitment journey from initial screening to CV submission, interview, and outcome.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the initiative to manage their own activity.
* Experience of using an ATS system.
