Children's Home Manager Maghull Up to £50,000 New home, new service Job Information: This role is open to deputies looking for their first management role, or experienced managers looking for a new challenge and chance to build and open their own home Position Details: OFSTED Registered Manager - Managing a new 3 bedded residential care home The home will offer support for children with EBD and challenging behaviours The children you will be supporting will be aged between 8-17 As the new Registered Manager it will be your responsibility to ensure all children are safe and supported, but, also ensuring the service meets at least a GOOD Ofsted rating when operational Manage, recruit, develop and train staff team The home is based in Liverpool Pay and Hours: £40,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience) Monday - Friday on-call responsibilities Full time, permanent contract 40 hours a week Needed to Apply: Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager Level 5 in leadership and Management Level 3 in children and young people If this position sounds of interest, please click "Apply".
