Promoting our team and community via our intranet, internal newsletters, weekly updates. Managing our stakeholder engagement through events support, demographical research and website management.Ensuring the publication of new content to the highest quality standard. Designing and engaging multimedia material that highlights our work and community.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all content is fresh, exciting and relevant whilst delivering consistent messages across different platforms and communication channels throughout the organisation and general costain updates.Work with Senior Leadership Team to produce a monthly communication and update on performance.Promoting employee engagement, health and wellbeing within the organization. Manage, plan and organise customer engagement sessions on upcoming projects and Internal Forums.Identify opportunities to work within local communities in line with lasting impressions and giving back. Collate content for communications material including newsletters, social media posts, and project updates.Exploring and expanding our methods of how we communicate internally and externally.Manage and Plan annual Events calendar.Working closely with our internal Social Value Team to increase our community input.Producing presentation packs and templates.QualificationsEssentialHigh level of English (written and verbal)Competent in key MS Office applications of Word, Excel and use of MS Teams and O365 suite of productsStrong IT and Communication skillsExcellent time management skillsPrevious experience in Events Management and Internal CommunicationsAbility to work collaboratively.Car owner and driver as travelling between sites is essential.Experience of using Adobe Creative SuiteConfident individual able to work on own initiativeEngagement delivery: Ability to prepare engagement plans. Strong written and verbal communication skill set.Can identify basic social value outcomes Vs inputs.Understanding Customer needs and sharing best practice within business.Ability to act accordingly to internal and external guidelines and branding.Presentation skills: Supports colleagues to present at internal and external community events.DesirableAdvocacy: Ability to demonstrate the value of good community relations.
