The client is a leading Engineering business.
Description
1. Reporting into the MD, you will have full responsibility for the HR function, including managing a small team.
2. Ensure HR policies and systems are up to date and compliant.
3. Provide advice, guidance and support for employees and managers.
4. Assess training needs and implement required training plans.
5. Oversee performance and appraisal systems.
6. Support recruitment and selection, working with manager to identify succession plans.
7. Constantly review employee benefits, ensuring the business is able to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Profile
1. CIPD L7 or equivalent.
2. Experience working at HR Manager/BP level autonomously.
3. Up to date knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
5. Proven track record developing effective HR and people strategies.
6. Commutable to Northampton 5 days per week.
