In this role, you will be responsible to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning across various subjects and year groups. You will step into classrooms as needed, bringing your expertise and enthusiasm to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities:
5. Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
6. Provide a well planned, purposeful learning environment
7. Use imagination to enhance learning experience
8. Be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
9. Collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
10. Manage the classroom and keep pupils on task
Preferred Skills:
11. Background in working with Education
12. Strong behaviour management
13. Strong classroom management
14. Nurturing and kind demeanour
15. Patience and understanding
Personal Attributes:
