We are recruiting for Senior Business Analysts to join our growing consultancy. Business Analysts translate complex business problems and user needs into a set of detailed requirements for the end-to-end service or product, with the appropriate use of epics, features, user stories and defined acceptance criteria.
As a Senior Consultant, specialising in Business Analysis, you’ll already be an expert in your field. You’ll be a leader of people and teams and have experience in using data and an understanding of user-centred design approaches. You'll clearly and accurately communicate business requirements and user needs to a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders and the team, using the appropriate methods of communication or documentation. Your role in a nutshell
* You’ll work with key project stakeholders, including but not limited to, the product owner and delivery manager to establish and maintain a prioritised product, programme or project backlog of what needs to be done.
* Model business processes using appropriate diagramming techniques.
* Define business process improvements for products or services to inform recommendations identifying clear benefits.
* Work with designers to inform the creation and iteration of prototypes for the product or service to help solve problems the users face.
* Use insights from user research and metrics to inform the business analysis approach, and explain your business decisions clearly.
* Understand Agile delivery, identifying the best Agile processes for projects and measuring the success of outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops with your team and stakeholders.
* Build long-term, strategic relationships with stakeholders.
* Advocate for the use of agile business analysis in particular for the delivery of products or services.
* Advise and support business analysis colleagues and other members of Agile teams.
* Share best practice with the community and wider to ensure high standards, including attending business analysis events and writing blog posts.
* Work collaboratively within the Business Analysis community to provide, contribute and shape the our BA Community of Practice.

* Ability to understand the strategic objectives of the organisation and how this knowledge supports your analysis.
* Finding pragmatic and creative ways to balance constraints to meet user needs.
* Communicating confidently and credibly on behalf of the company and the client.
* Enjoying sharing your skills and experience with your client to enable them to continue to iterate and improve processes after you leave.
* Being a strong presenter and happy to sell the benefits of business analysis to people who aren’t familiar with the discipline.
* Strong background in Agile project methodologies.
