Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm - 37.5 hours per week, flexible start and finish times, onsite parking.

An amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to cover a 9 months fixed term contract based in Ilkeston. You will be working within a small, friendly and supportive finance team supporting the Finance Manager. This role is office-based only.
As the Accounts Assistant, your main duties will be:
1. Supporting the Finance Manager
2. Assisting with month-end
3. Raising financial reports
4. Processing invoices and expenses
5. Allocating payments
6. Reconciling accounts
7. Raising credit notes
8. Setting up accounts
9. Raising and sending out via email statements
10. Dealing with accounts queries
Ideal candidates for this role should have:
1. Experience in Accounts/Finance
2. Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
3. Able to work to strict deadlines
4. Knowledge of Sage, MyNexus would be an advantage
