Job Description We’re offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vet to join our thriving, RCVS-accredited hospital in the vibrant city of Brighton. The Role: As a Senior Vet, you’ll play a crucial role in our dedicated team, handling a wide variety of cases across consulting, surgery, diagnostic imaging (including X-rays, ultrasound, and CT scans), and medical case management. With a steady caseload of both emergency and advanced medical cases referred from our five branch practices and other local clinics, you'll have the chance to work on more complex cases, demonstrating a significant depth of clinical knowledge. Holding a certificate or working towards one would be a bonus, but the most important thing is that you're confident, adaptable, and eager to take on technical challenges. You'll be a key leader in the practice, providing mentorship to less experienced vets and offering support to your colleagues. Excellent communication and client care are central to this role, as is a desire to help drive the business forward. Your expertise will be valued, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our practice. Your Schedule: 40 hours per week 4-day working week 1 weekend in 5, with Monday off in lieu Second on-call rota (1 in 15 weeks) About Us: For over 45 years, we’ve been a cornerstone of exceptional veterinary care in the Brighton area.
