Customer Success Manager (SaaS) Location: London (Hybrid: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) What’s the Role? In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients to maximise the value of their partnership, delivering tailored solutions and enabling long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing Own the Customer Journey: Lead the end-to-end client experience, from onboarding and training to ongoing support, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes. Be a Trusted Partner: Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and deliver impactful, tailored solutions that address their needs. Drive Value and Growth: Use your commercial instincts to spot opportunities for upselling new features and expanding client accounts. Build Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the business, ensuring their needs and feedback drive continuous improvement. Collaborate and Share Knowledge: Work closely with your team in a supportive and transparent environment to achieve collective success. Who You Are We’re looking for adaptable, commercially minded professionals with the following attributes: Customer Success Expertise: At least two years proven experience delivering exceptional results in SaaS, Proptech, or closely related industries. Great Communicator: Strong skills in simplifying complex ideas, building trust, and advocating for client needs. Tech-Savvy and Resourceful: Confident using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to drive efficiency. Commercially Minded and Growth-Oriented: Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and connecting client goals with internal resources. Organised and Proactive: Adept at balancing multiple priorities while anticipating client needs.
