The post holder should have sound communication skills, in order to manage complex conversation and undertake thorough telephone triage assessment and provide robust education to the multi-disciplinary team. You will be expected to collect data to measure clearly defined objectives in order to monitor and maintain high standards of care and deliver high quality patient experience. You must be an experienced registered nurse who has at least two year experience in Oncology and or Hematology and be willing to work long days (8-8) covering a 7-Day service including bank holidays. History taken and clinical skills qualification would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided. We look forward to hearing from you.
