About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our client’s online presence. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing multiple social media channels, and working closely with various teams to ensure the brand remains consistent and compelling across all platforms. If you have a flair for digital storytelling and a keen eye for trends, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the social media content calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. Oversee day-to-day management of social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Regularly create and post engaging content, including static images, reels, and stories. Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and engagement across social channels. Engage with and share content from salons, partners, and associated brands. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity. Research trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to refine social media strategy. Write compelling captions that drive engagement and encourage website visits. Collaborate with suppliers and brands to develop joint social campaigns. Identify and liaise with influencers and content creators to enhance brand awareness. Create graphics, videos, and visual assets to enhance social content. Support marketing initiatives with creative ideas and campaign execution. Capture and edit high-quality content at events and salon locations. Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to track success and suggest improvements. Experience & Qualifications Required Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing role. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva. Skilled in video editing and familiar with scheduling platforms like Meta, Planoly, or Social Champ. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team. Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus but not essential. What’s on Offer? Full-time role, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times). Some evening or weekend work required for events (time off in lieu provided). Office-based with regular travel to locations and salons.
