In this role, you’ll take the lead on commissioning exciting projects, from designing the commissioning criteria and processes to supporting the overall delivery of commissions. You’ll be working closely with arts professionals, schools, community organisations, and stakeholders to ensure that the programme is relevant, accessible and exciting.

You're also great at motivating and leading a small pool of volunteers, making them feel like essential contributors to the success of the project. Your expertise in the arts and culture sector, combined with your practical experience, makes you an ideal fit for this role.
