What we're looking for:
Are you passionate about people, drinks, and food? If yes, this role might be perfect for you! We seek a bubbly, friendly individual who enjoys customer-facing roles. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, confident communication, and flexibility to work various shifts including daytime, evenings, and weekends are essential.
A typical day includes:
Working in the hotel's Restaurant with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Shifts include daytime, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing table service, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring smooth service operations.
* Preparing the bar for service, including setup, prep, stocking, and cleaning.
* Greeting guests, making recommendations, and engaging in conversation.
* Taking orders and processing payments via till (cash and card).
* Providing excellent table service.
* Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
* Supporting and coaching new team members.
* Assisting other hotel departments as needed.
