Job Title: Plant Administrator (Long-term contract position) Location: Buckinghamshire Pay: £16.50 p/h Start Date: ASAP - minimum of a year of work Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (negotiable) Reporting To: Plant & Fleet Manager
Role Overview: The Plant Administrator will be responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing plant and machinery at the site. This includes ensuring all compliance documentation is processed accurately and efficiently, supporting the wider team with administrative duties, and maintaining clear records. Key Responsibilities: Oversee plant and machinery movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Manage compliance documentation for equipment arriving and leaving the site. Maintain inventory records, tracking deliveries, returns, and servicing schedules. Support the Plant & Fleet Manager with administrative tasks and reporting. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation. Requirements & Skills: - General administrative experience (required). - Experience handling plant and machinery records (highly desirable). - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other administrative tools.
