Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service, greeting and assisting customers with an attentive and refined approach.
* Sales Support: Guide clients through product offerings, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and providing personalised recommendations.
* Boutique Presentation: Ensure the boutique remains immaculately presented and organized.
* Sales Transactions: Manage sales transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the brand, products, and seasonal collections.
* Inventory Management: Support with stock control and organisation.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a cohesive work environment.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role within a luxury or high-end environment.
