Description
* Communicating directly with customers to chase aged debt and resolve queries
* Reviewing POD's and investigating queries
* Establishing corrective actions for queries and raising corrective invoices and credits on the ERP system
* Ensuring customers are operating within approved credit limits, placing orders on hold where required
* Sending customer statements on a weekly basis
* Allocation of customer payments within ERP system and management of customer deductions
* Regular reporting of aged debtors
* Highlighting and escalating potential issues to the Financial Controller via weekly meetings
* Review and improve accounts receivable processes where deemed necessary
* Working closely with supply chain to establish better processes and resolve queries
* Month end reporting of sales information and debtor positions
