Due to their continuous growth they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales activities. You will get 1-1 training with the Head of Sales to further your Sales development into a Sales Progressor position in the future. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for potential buyers and clients. Maintain and update the customer database and sales records. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about their residential projects and services. Support the marketing team in organizing promotional events and campaigns. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information and materials. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, brochures, and presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and company objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry. Sales Progression Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases. Knowledge of the residential construction industry is a plus.
