Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy quality management systems, procedures, and continuous improvement programs Establish quality assurance capabilities, ensure compliance, and drive supply chain optimisation Oversee quality control processes, manage non-conformances, and make final product release decisions Select, audit, and manage suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure quality standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Ensure adherence to regulations, maintain quality documentation, and support audits Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality issues and communicate performance to stakeholders Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks across the organisation Candidate Requirements: Solid experience in a Quality function in the chemical, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industry Detailed understanding of CLP Guidelines and/or ISO 22716, ideally with Quality Assurance Certification Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Expertise in managing quality systems and documentation Ability to work flexibly and handle a wide range of tasks Strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills If you have the energy, enthusiasm and know-how to succeed in this role, contact us today.
