About the Role As a Supply Teacher with Teaching Personnel, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality education in the absence of the permanent class teacher. Your responsibilities will typically include: Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 (based on your strengths and preferences). Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a calm, positive learning environment. Providing feedback to school staff on pupil progress and classroom activity. Adapting to different school environments and being confident in both short-term and longer-term placements. Building relationships with pupils and staff while being a reliable and professional presence.
