We are now recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an industry leading business based in the Dudley area. The Accounts Assistant will be working with a busy team where you will be working with Purchase Ledger and processing invoices for UK and Foreign suppliers As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for : Processing purchase invoices from the UK and foreign suppliers Processing non matched invoices once they have been approved Creating and submitting supplier payment files Keeping supplier information accurately and up to date Statement reconciliations and resolving queries Reviewing Interco supplier accounts to ensure no old differences General administration duties Requirements: Experience in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant position A good knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices Previous Accounts Payable experience AAT Qualification Microsoft office/Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills If you would be interested in the position of Accounts Assistant please apply now with your up to date CV
