It is The Holman Way We are excited to announce an opportunity for a System Configuration Lead to join our expanding Implementation Team at Holman UK. In this role, The Systems Configuration Lead will oversee the configuration and setup processes for all Holman UK operational departments. As they will be taking a more wide-angle view of business processes, and using predetermined fields within the system, coding skills will not be needed. They will ensure timely and quality-controlled changes, by managing client configurations, system rule adjustments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal operational performance. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham, with the opportunity for hybrid working, details of which will be discussed at interview. This is a temporary (12 – 18 months) opportunity, and we are looking to pay £32,000.00. Key Responsibilities will include: Client and Insurance Management: Managing client and insurance-related activities, including conducting post-implementation reviews and programme termination compliance checks in collaboration with finance. Ensure that contractual obligations are met and coordinate the assessment of new policies, escalating any issues where appropriate. Brief colleagues on recent configuration changes and where needed chair meetings to discuss ongoing projects or address any emerging issues. Configuration and System Management: Oversee configuration change requests, ensuring they are necessary, complete, and feasible. Follow a structured, auditable process for impact analyses, issue reporting, and configuration validation. Streamline data management by setting rules for data copying and maintaining flow integrity across records. In collaboration with the fines and taxation team, use in-house violations system to ensure that contract scopes align with project requirements. In collaboration with the on-site sales team determine client structures, rules, and pricing definitions, manage client setup, and conduct configuration reviews. Maintain accurate configuration records and contribute to best practice. Project and Data Management: Handle day-to-day project and data activities, ensuring service level agreements are met. Analyse how changes to driver or vehicle records impact client configurations and provide actionable feedback. Confer with stakeholders to maintain and archive systems, ensuring all tools are documented and accessible. Develop and update project templates, custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards, ensuring these remain current and are used effectively across teams. Address any delays or challenges, taking corrective action as needed to keep projects on track. What are we looking for? A team player who works collaboratively to progress team goals and priorities. Excellent communication skills for clear idea presentation across various formats, coupled with meticulous attention to detail in delivering high-quality outcomes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and reprioritise tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines. The ability to manage high workloads and pressure while maintaining organisation and professionalism. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, through clear communication. Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level, with the ability to rapidly learn new software. Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and processes, using sound judgment to solve routine problems based on established guidelines. Commitment to fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. Demonstrates a willingness to learn from experience, make adjustments, and improve performance over time. Desirable: Experience managing the configuration of various business systems would be beneficial. Knowledge of fleet management would be advantageous but full training will be provided. Proficiency with Adobe WorkFront and Monday.com. Familiar with Intellifleet and FleetMaster.
