We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success and growth.
Job Scope
The Marketing Executive is a varied and exciting role, working as part of our friendly and design-led Studio. You’ll be key in delivering the marketing strategy for HollandGreen and you’ll work across all marketing channels developing content and communications, as well as supporting with activations and events. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you’ll have a good understanding of marketing and you’ll be enthusiastic, a strong team player and eager to develop your skills further.
Whilst some marketing experience is ideal, you’ll have a natural aptitude for copy writing and design. And you’ll be highly organised in order to juggle tasks and priorities, as well as managing a range of exciting events for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
* You’ll support with content planning and creation in line with the marketing calendar – including writing blogs, collating content for brochures, preparing imagery for the website and editing videos for social media, ensuring high quality and consistent messaging across channels
* You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering the bi-monthly client newsletter, ensuring good response rates and compelling content, which aligns with HollandGreen’s visual identity and strategy
* Working alongside key members of the team, you’ll develop targeted email campaigns to help generate new leads for the individual Studios, showcasing HollandGreen’s design expertise, values and projects
* You’ll support with event management across our events calendar, which includes Badminton Horse Trials and Chelsea Flower Show this year. You’ll assist with event planning, logistics, guest lists, collateral and asset development, content capture, as well as being on hand for set up and break down on site
* You’ll assist with photoshoots of our latest projects – helping to collate shot lists, coordinate and organise logistics, and be on hand to help with styling and informal filming if needed
* You’ll help to keep the website updated – adding new projects to our portfolio and updating any written or visual content as needed
* You’ll collate imagery and write copy for our regular advertorial content, as well as paid social opportunities
* You’ll produce high quality printed assets with external suppliers, including stationery and site boards to be displayed at our latest projects
* You’ll assist with award nominations for the Studios – gathering information, imagery and collating the submission files
* You’ll monitor the marketing email inboxes, ensuring any important emails are passed onto the relevant teams in the business
* You’ll support with ad-hoc marketing tasks such as adding new leads to the database, helping to monitor analytics tools and producing reports
* You’ll keep abreast of the latest trends and monitor competitor activity, helping to provide actionable insights for the business
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred
* Some experience in marketing would be a bonus, but a good understanding of marketing principles and channels is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual design
* Experience with Adobe Suite would be a bonus, with a good understanding of photo and video editing
* Highly organised with attention to detail
* Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of marketing a luxury brand and their clientele
* Collaborative team player with a hands-on and can-do attitude
