The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the business throughout this transition, devising innovative new methods to engage their audience and serve their customers.

The Role
The Marketing Strategist will collaborate widely within the business, serving as a pivotal part of several cross-functional teams including representatives from their sales, content, and design teams to help them deliver maximum impact.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager, who will provide the strategic direction and support necessary to get to grips with their key audiences and how best to reach them. Once familiar with the market, the Marketing Strategist will begin to define their content marketing strategy and repurpose the wealth of research and editorial content we publish for highly engaging, customer-focused lead generation campaigns, social media posts and infographics. In addition, the successful candidate will take a leading role in maintaining online content and developing copy for product launches, white papers, and website projects, ensuring that the messaging, narrative, and value propositions resonate with the target audience.
In order to succeed within this role, candidates must be curious and eager to engage with their markets and customer segments. A genuine interest in identifying hot topics and trends that will drive interest in their research and data is vital. They are looking for someone who loves coming up with and testing new ideas, possessing initiative and curiosity.
The Marketing Strategist will also be responsible for campaign and project management within the marketing team, overseeing the campaign calendar and coordinating marketing resource and assets They are therefore looking for someone who is also highly organised with leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of new digital product offering, creating targeted campaigns across socials and email
2. Promote whitepapers, working closely with analyst teams
3. Design and implement social media strategies, with particular focus around generated heightened interest and engagement on LinkedIn
4. Devise lead generation initiatives
5. Marketing content production
6. Provide insightful reporting on campaign metrics
7. Developing relationships with wider marketing teams
Person Specification
8. Ideally some experience in a B2B marketing role
9. Demonstrable experience of delivering social media and/or email marketing campaigns
10. Excellent copy writing and content creation skills
11. Experience working with CRMS desired
12. Ability to collaborate and build relationships with wider teams
13. Highly organised with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
14. Degree educated
