Is this role right for you? We are seeking an Innovative, Collaborative, and Communicative Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Channel, you will play a critical role in crafting and executing a compelling content strategy that drives engagement, reinforces Thomas’s narrative, and amplifies brand awareness. You’ll leverage storytelling, market insights, and innovative formats to produce high-impact content that resonates with prospects and customers, helping them connect deeply with Thomas’s solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Thomas’s Tone of Voice and core narrative. Create engaging content across multiple formats (e.g., toolkits, videos, podcasts). Manage the HubSpot Content Hub for effective content organisation and accessibility. Oversee organic social media channels, driving audience engagement. Gather and analyse content performance data to inform strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with business goals. Requirements Experience in content marketing within a SaaS or B2B setting. Strong proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot). Exceptional storytelling and communication skills. Ability to analyse content performance data and refine strategies. Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
