Opportunity: Hire Administrator

Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday.

We currently have a new opportunity for a Hire Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Short Term Hire team based in Lisburn.
In this role you will be:
1. Setting up hire agreements, allocating equipment and ensuring that all internal processes are followed.
2. Liaising with operatives to arrange for Pre-Hire Inspections on equipment.
3. Planning delivery and collection of equipment for internal delivery fleet.
4. Planning and arranging vehicle maintenance, PSV tests, services, safety inspections and repairs both for lorries and trailers.
5. Monitoring status of equipment to ensure that all equipment on hire is compliant.
6. Accurately raising hire contracts ensuring the correct data is inputted into the system.
7. Compiling and providing hire quotes for clients.
