The Client A well-established boutique Investment Management firm The Role This role is a 6 month FTC BASED IN MANCHESTER This is a great opportunity for a Financial Planning Client File Manager to support a team of Financial Planners in managing their client cases from initiation to completion. Ensuring all client files and advice processes meet the firms top standard and FCA and Consumer Duty requirements. The Financial Planning Client File Manager will confidently support advisers in preparing for the external audit, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions all while reviewing and updating client documentation. The Financial Planning Client File Manager will act as a point of contact for clients ensuring all queries are resolved and dealt with in a timely and professional manner and will prepare regular reports on case progress, adviser performance and client feedback. The Financial Planning Client File Manager will work with the Head of Advice and Centre of Excellence in order to deliver relevant training sessions and monitoring adviser progress. The Candidate Level 4 qualification in Financial Planning or working towards Financial Planning Diploma. Proven experience in paraplanning and financial planning administration. Strong understanding of financial advice processes and regulatory requirements. High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. ADZN1_UKTJ
