As a Brand Manager at Miller Harris, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading luxury fragrance brand and be part of a dynamic, creative and supportive team. You will play a crucial role in driving the brand’s success in tour UK and global markets, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our brand's values and objectives. This role will also involve managing our social media presence and content strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Working across the whole marketing mix and with an effective 360 campaign view. You will be proactive, creative, and motivated. You will have a core background in the fundamentals of marketing and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Creative Brand Manager, you will:
1. Develop and Implement Brand Strategies: Create and execute the brand marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Brand Director. Develop creative campaigns to a global calendar, launch initiative launch plans, coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales team, trade marketing, NPD, finance) and external partners (e.g, creative freelancers, agencies). Building the marketing calendar in collaboration with the Retail Marketing Manager and delivering against key task and responsibilities.
