Please Note: This is a permanent, full-time role within a Hybrid workplace. You will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week for the first three months while learning and settling in, after which there will be more flexibility available.

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the Account Director on key accounts, sharing responsibility for maintaining and growing client relationships. This role involves collaborating on strategic account planning, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored technology solutions. You’ll focus on ensuring client satisfaction, driving account growth, and supporting the Account Director in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Account Director to manage a shared portfolio of strategic accounts, maintaining regular engagement and ensuring a high level of client service.
* Partner with the Account Director to understand client objectives and work with internal teams to deliver solutions across Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, Cyber Security, and Networking Solutions.
* Support the Account Director in identifying opportunities for account growth through cross-selling and up-selling, contributing to revenue targets.
* Assist in preparing and delivering proposals, presentations, and account reviews, ensuring alignment with client goals.
* Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Actively monitor client satisfaction and address issues in partnership with the Account Director to foster strong, long-term relationships.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* A-Level or equivalent qualification; a degree in business, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
* Proven experience in an account management or customer service role, ideally in the technology solutions sector.
* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior colleagues and clients.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to understand complex client requirements and contribute to delivering tailored technology solutions.
* Knowledge of First Technology’s services, including cloud solutions, managed services, and cybersecurity, is preferred.
