Job Description
This is a hybrid role that involves managing client relationships and providing customized insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and care teams.
* Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
* Conduct thorough policy reviews and offer recommendations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of the insurance industry.
* Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
* Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
