The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children, young people, and their families across the Magherafelt and Cookstown areas. Key Responsibilities: Provide a high-quality service to children, young people, and their families based on an assessment of need and outcomes-driven planning. Deliver complex and specialist interventions with children, young people, or families, either on a 1:1 basis, in group settings, or within the community. Lead case/care planning management, including assessments, reviews, and risk management. Take responsibility for day-to-day resource planning to ensure high-quality service delivery. Essential Criteria: Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification. Previous experience working with children and families. Full UK Driving Licence with access to a car (for home visits). Must be currently NISCC registered as this role requires an immediate start.
