Job Introduction
We now have an opportunity within our Audit department here at Beaverbrooks for a highly organised and dedicated individual to drive business stock control. As Audit Co-ordinator, you will have an eye for detail, liaising and supporting our office and store colleagues across our Beaverbrooks and Loupe channels. Working daily with your selection of stores you will help develop and coach best practices and expectations to maintain a high level of accurate stock control and accountability. This role is suited to an individual who is looking to shape, progress and have a positive impact on our stock holding procedures, whilst also developing and strengthening relationships across the business.
Main Responsibilities
* Key support and point of contact for both branches and office departments with stock queries
* Ensure that stores are prepared for each stocktake and act as a direct support to our Regional Heads of Retail regarding stock queries
* Investigate and report on stock losses across the business
* Run and support with Office part checks and stocktakes
* Complete month end and quarter end reports
* Holding colleagues accountable to set standards, expectations and providing feedback to ensure controlled stock management across the company
* Analysing various reports and NAV
