The Maintenance Manager is expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent and client. To maintain and improve the County Hall brand image by collaborating with customers, the Managing Agent, the client and employees. To ensure the maintenance schedules are adhered to; that operational checks are carried out and recorded and that contractors respond to call outs in accordance with terms of contracts. Risk assessments & Method statements for all contractors Work Permits Signing off works M&E daily checks (Plant rooms, pump rooms etc.) ETC This will be a temporary contract of 2 months and an ASAP start.
