VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting an industry leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Project Coordinator to join their expanding team.
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
This is a Monday - Friday position 9.00am - 5.00pm (Full Time).
Salary:
£26,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing an effective administrative service to the Response and Maintenance functions, ensuring the smooth running of the office and systems.
2. Handling telephone enquiries.
3. Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system.
4. Liaising with suppliers and clients.
5. Data input and processing.
6. General office duties.
7. Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by management, to ensure the efficient running of the business.
The Ideal Person:
1. Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable).
2. Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel.
3. Administration qualification or demonstrable 1 year experience required.
4. Excellent demonstrable customer service skills.
5. Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner.
6. Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPIs are delivered.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Experience within the Construction industry.
2. Experience in planned and responsive maintenance in a mechanical, electrical or compliance background.
