We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven PPC Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team at GAP and take ownership of our PPC strategy across all brands.
As a PPC Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and other relevant digital channels. Your primary objectives will be to drive profitable eCommerce sales for our online stores and generate high-quality leads for our lead generation-focused brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running effective PPC campaigns across multiple brands and objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone to spearhead the direction of paid media with us as you’ll be joining at a time when the marketing team is growing.

Key responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels
* Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the market
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results
* Utilise tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track conversions and enhance campaign effectiveness
* Collaborate with the digital marketing and Brand team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that maximise visibility and engagement
* Manage media buying processes, ensuring efficient allocation of budget across various advertising channels
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and advertising
* Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
Skills and experience required
* Proven experience in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple brands, including both eCommerce and lead generation
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms
* Strong knowledge of Google Shopping and product listing ads (PLAs) optimisation
* Experience with lead generation strategies, including targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking
* Demonstrated ability to optimise for key KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Familiarity with tracking tools, pixel management, and attribution models
* Experience managing budgets effectively and maximising ROI/ROAS
Qualifications
* Google Ads & Google Analytics certifications preferred but not essential
