To deliver the communication related to marketing campaigns, communication and event calendar that drives achievement of CICM-wide aims and objectives.
CICM marketing activity has two main aims: to promote awareness of CICM across the profession and business, and to improve perception of the value of CICM membership, qualifications, training and other services across the profession. The quarterly and monthly campaign plan is closely linked to CICM objectives and aims.
The Marketing and Events team are also responsible for the CICM events calendar, including national and local events. These events are either membership benefits, so vital in the members’ perception of membership value, or paid for events that are an important income source for the CICM.
Main responsibilities:
1. Be the main point of contact for all branch related communication. Administer the branch events booking process and promotion schedule, in line with the current CICM Branch Event policy and process.
2. Help the team plan, create, and deliver the CICM marketing and communication plans and campaigns.
3. Schedule, organise and attend meetings and events: Face to face events (e.g., conferences, meetings, round tables) and Virtual events (e.g., podcasts, webinars, zoom sessions and chats).
4. Monitor stock and order marketing material.
5. Provide administrative support to the team as required.
6. Build relationships, regularly communicate, and assist with external marketing and event requests with external partners and service providers.

Successful candidate will have:
1. Minimum of 2 years Marketing experience in a similar business environment, including SEO, social media, email marketing, campaign tracking and design.
2. Experience of administering marketing and communication plans.
3. Event management experience in a similar business environment, delivering across several channels including face to face and via online platforms.
4. Experience in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
5. Experience in Google Analytics and reporting.
