TriLingual Customer Service Administrator (Spanish and French)

Main Duties:
1. To support the Customer Service department via emails, chats, and phone calls as well as coordinate the return of products.
2. Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
3. Dealing with replacement inquiries from distributors, resellers, and customers.
4. Ensuring all customers’ queries are dealt with efficiently and timeously while providing relevant feedback.
5. Managing logistical issues and dealing with all replacements to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Liaising with internal departments – Technical team, accounts, warehouse, etc.
7. Arranging shipments.
8. All administration relating to the role – database, reports, work records, etc.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in Spanish and French (written and spoken) is essential.
2. Previous Customer Service or Sales Coordination experience is beneficial.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Customer service focused.
5. Confident, proactive, and dynamic.
6. Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, CRM system).
Salary: £27,500 per annum plus Bonus and Excellent benefits
