Customer Service Team Leader Responsibilities:

* Coordinate workflows, manage schedules, and monitor team performance metrics.
* Implement best practices and strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments, acting as a bridge between customer service and legal teams.
The ideal Customer Service Team Leader Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Team Leader in a customer service role, preferably within the legal sector.
* Strong knowledge of customer service principles and team management.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
