Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Peterborough – Business Support ‘desk’
Location: Suite 2, Unit 5A, The Forum, Minerva Business Pk, Peterborough PE2 6FT
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the induction.
Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday and permanent
What is the role?
Reed in Peterborough are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of established recruiters. The role involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
You will be taking on a very warm business support ‘desk’ with plenty of scope to further develop and grow.

Who would suit this role?
We are looking for individuals with outbound sales experience or experienced recruiters. You need to be confident on the phone and willing to work hard to achieve sales targets.
