As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, fundraisers, building surveyors and project managers, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen. Your contractual place of work will be the National Trust office at Saltram in Plymouth. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. Working at the heart of five packaged of work, including the Future Saltram National Heritage Lottery Fund, you’ll coordinate and support some of our multidisciplinary and multi-organisational teams with running of projects. You’ll organise and administer meetings and minutes, keep on top of all project activity, and research and present information, offering an efficient and effective business support service. Working within the appropriate business and project frameworks you’ll provide a clear audit trail for decisions and activities undertaken within the project, regularly reporting on the progress of the project against budgets, programme of work and funding. Supporting project communications, you’ll be a key part of the relationships with stakeholders and other members of the project teams keeping everyone up to date and highlighting any risks or issues. By being proactive in gathering information, you'll ensure coherent communications are shared so everyone understands the progress of the project.
