Involve Recruitment are in search of an experienced Site Manager with a background in water projects. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a short-term project in South East Wales, starting on 13th January, with a duration of 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the project progresses on time and to specification.
2. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
3. Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
4. Ensure compliance with water industry regulations and specifications.

1. Proven experience managing projects within the water sector.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
3. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results.
4. CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certifications.
