Our international Trust client are seeking to appoint a People and Culture Officer, they are looking for an individual who has experience in an HR generalist role, is CIPD Level 3 qualified and has a solid understanding of local employment legislation. The successful candidate will support the team with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and employee engagement. You will need excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse with a wide range of people, be pro-active and self-sufficient to meet deadlines and objectives, and you will need to lead by example by evidencing a positive and committed approach.
