Overview: Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager required to join a wonderful care home based in Newbury, Berkshire.
Our client prefers to hire an experienced Registered Manager / Care Home Manager / Care Service Manager with strong knowledge of the learning disabilities / autism care sector. Candidates should have a proven track record of overseeing care homes with excellent resident care delivery and CQC reports. Candidates MUST have strong knowledge of the learning disabilities / autism care sector.
Responsibilities:
As Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager, you will:
- Develop the two supported living care services.
- Oversee care planning and ensure that care is delivered to a very high standard.
This supported living service is fully compliant with a great reputation locally. It allows the residents to live fully fulfilled lives and ensures service users are very active. This is a wonderful service within a highly regarded care provider.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experienced care service manager / home manager / registered manager
- Proven track record of successful learning disabilities service management
- Proven success in care to people with autism / complex care / challenging behaviour
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
- Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Strong business management
