We’re currently expanding the team and are looking for people to join and support the continued growth and development of our Customer Insight & Data team.
Your role could involve:
1. Sourcing data in a secure manner
2. Collating and formatting data to present for review and further analysis
3. Blending data by combining it from various sources and formats to explore its relevance
4. Analysing simple and complex data to support business outcomes, using different methods to analyse the data
5. Collaborating with people at all levels with a view of creating value from the data

What can I look forward to?
1. Learn how to understand and analyse customer requirements and then implement findings.
2. Build data analysis skills to identify risks and opportunities.
3. Develop collaboration and communication skills that help you share our insights with stakeholders in a way that suits different audiences.
4. Understand data, enabling you to make informed evidence-based decisions.
5. Use data visualisation tools to create infographics, reports, tables, dashboards and graphs and communicating data insights.
6. Understand how to collate and interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll complete a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship which will take around 18 months to complete.

What you’ll need:
1. Full right to work and reside in the UK
2. A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 including Maths and English.
3. A professional attitude with a positive ‘can do’ approach to your work
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to build strong working relationships
NB: Due to Apprenticeship funding rules, we can only accept applicants who haven’t completed a qualification in the same field at the same or higher level to the course you are applying for.
