**Job Overview:
* Operational HR & Compliance: Ensure active compliance with UK employment law and establish practical, business-specific, HR policies across multiple sites.
* Payroll Management: Execute payroll coordination directly with an external provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing for all entities.
* HR Information System (HRIS) Implementation: Conduct a feasibility study and actively participate in the setup of an HRIS system to streamline HR processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with the leadership of each company, serving as an accessible, trusted HR advisor.
* Employee Relations: Manage on-the-ground HR activities to foster positive workplace dynamics in a non-unionized environment, addressing employee relations directly.
