Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and care to our residents, their families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* To provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date information on resident details, preferences, and requirements.
Requirements:
* A background in administration and customer service, preferably within a residential setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including data protection and health and safety.
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
* Salary: £22,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
