Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Administration Assistant to provide essential administrative support in the planning and execution of events. The successful candidate will assist with event coordination, documentation, vendor communications, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful events. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination Support: Assist with organizing and executing events, including conferences, meetings, and social events. Help with event scheduling, venue coordination, and preparing event materials. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the events team, including maintaining event files, preparing reports, updating event calendars, and managing timelines. Vendor Management: Assist in liaising with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring all requirements are met for event logistics, catering, equipment, and materials. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and providing clear, efficient communication. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous administrative or event planning experience is a plus, but not required. Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with different teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic event environment.
