Pay Rate: £11.70 Per Hour (£50 Per Sleep-In)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
You'll be supporting two ladies and two gentlemen who share a home and enjoy vibrant, fulfilling lives:
- Creative & Expressive: One of the residents loves photography, music, dancing, and everything Elvis!
- Social Butterflies: They enjoy spending time at clubs, restaurants, and local events.
- Passionate Interests: From a love of Spiderman to working at an elderly day center, they all have unique hobbies that make them shine.
- Gentle & Kind: The gentlemen are quieter but enjoy outings and spending time with friends. One of the gentlemen does not use words to communicate but expresses himself beautifully through gestures and sounds.
This is a lively and harmonious home where everyone gets along well, and your caring, vibrant nature will make all the difference.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll be helping these incredible individuals live their best lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Living Support: Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and creating a safe, welcoming environment.
- Personal Care: Provide support with personal care, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Mobility Assistance: Support one resident who uses a wheelchair when out in the community.
- Medication Administration: Ensure all residents receive their medication as needed.
- Engaging Activities: Join them in their favorite activities like photography, music sessions, dancing, and social outings.
Shift Patterns
We're looking for Support Workers with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Shifts include:
- Early Shift: 07:30 - 15:00
- Late Shift: 14:30 - 22:00
- Sleep-In: 22:00 - 07:30 (Paid To Sleep)
Rotas are provided in advance to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
