Lead a dedicated team to optimize processes and ensure efficient financial operations on a global scale. Play a key role in the automation of the account payable function and its processes.
RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Lead the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions with an emphasis on workflow management, policy and process documentation and proper AP controls.
2. Completion of Concur Implementation Invoicing project
3. Manage and maintain SAP concur platform for T&E processing including updating and maintaining key system data.
4. Manage global travel management partnerships
5. Update/Maintain the Global Corporate Travel Policy
6. Review Employee T&E submissions as needed
7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
8. Assist in forecasting weekly AP cash flow needs to Treasury/Head of Cash Operations
9. Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric reports with analysis
10. Working with our finance and accounting teams to assist with month-end closes, expense accruals and correct GL account coding
11. Manage and issue annual 1099s to all qualifying vendors
12. Identify and implement best practice opportunities for increased efficiencies and automation with a focus on expense reduction.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
13. Minimum 5-7 years of related AP supervisor experience
14. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
15. Exceptional analytical and problems solving abilities
16. Strong written and verbal communication
17. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
18. Project management experience with the ability to multitask
19. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
20. Knowledge of accounting and general ledgers as it pertains to Accounts Payable
21. Experience with AP workflow solutions and management
22. Experience with Concur Automated Invoicing and T&E system
23. Proven experience in managing a corporate travel program
24. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline(s)
